Wow, what a start!

On 8 March 2022, the ITB Berlin Convention opened its doors in difficult times: For 2 years already, the world has been experiencing the coronavirus pandemic and its impact on all of us - now the current situation is overshadowing global events.

Today's Future & Resilience track focused on developments in the areas of digitalization, sustainability and resilience - where megatrends from business and society as well as key issues for the global travel & tourism industry were addressed.
The aim was to understand how the global travel and tourism industry can best deal with change.
